I have worked with Diederik and Boudewijn from Listed in several occasions over the last years. Ranging from selling our appartment, to assisting in buying our new (to be constructed) house, but also appraisal. I can say that our case for sure was not standard and required a tailor made approach... something that this team is very capable of. I would also recommend non-Dutch speaking house seekers (expats) to consider Listed when relocating and/or leaving the Eindhoven area.
